Looking at all of my unused makeup I decided to use a little bit of color today. I like to wear color with a smoky eye because it's the easiest way to wear it.

Yay! Done with school -- for now at least.

Because I had no reading or studying to worry about .. I had some free time. Did a little online window shopping and became inspired by one of Makeup Forever's pictures on the Sephora website:

I just wanted to try something different so I did my version of the 'all-black eye' from the picture.

smoky brown.

I'm just taking a break from studying and I just wanted to show my FOTD from Friday. I actually wore eyeshadow to school, but I picked the wrong day to start because it started pouring when I was walking to class ha. I haven't worn eyeshadow in months, so when I got into my little "process" it was just AWKWARD lol.

So it was inspired by one of Makeupbyrenren's recent posts .. she was wearing a look with matte eyeshadows (my favorite too!) so I wanted to try it. I was trying to go for a more "natural" look but I always end up rubbing that black eyeshadow into my crease.. I just can't help it! =)

I just wanted to take a quick break from studying. My brain is FRIIEEEDDD! I can't believe my school started finals in the same week of our last class meetings. So today I have my Statistics final. Friday = Psychology. Monday = Sociology. Tuesday = Nutrition. GREAT.

I felt like sharing my computer wallpaper because I think it's so cuuteee! haha.

quick hello.

I just wanted to say a quick hello to everyone who still reads my blog. Wow, I totally abandoned this thing because I really haven't posted anything for a year HA. I am just trying to get my life together **SIGH**. I kept taking breaks (long ones) from school and for what?! .. For a crappy minimum wage job that's taking me nowhere. So now I am going to school full-time + working part-time and I am so TIRED. I'm flat broke.. and I am hating it haha I've never been in this situation before because I have been working since I was frickin 15.. and whatever money I do get goes to gas and food. And if I happen to get extra money, I'd rather spend it on clothes than on makeup that I won't use. I have makeup that's been sitting around for months! I guess I don't feel like having eyeshadow all over my eyes when I am at school.. I mean, I think that my eyeliner is scary enough =]. But I am SOO SOO happy that this semester is almost over and hopefully I'll get to post more during the break that's coming up.

Of course I gotta include a picture. Here's my everyday look.. the same thing every single day .. so boring that it's annoying!

So I haven't been posting because I just didn't feel like showing off my ugly eyebrows =(. See, I guess I got a little carried away with my tweezers and I couldn't fix it. So I grew them out .. bushy as they can get! .. went to BrauHaus in Pasadena to get my eyebrows shaped for the first time ever. I guess she did an okay job .. maybe not worth the pricey $30!! She got them at the same height but they were still not even. So now, after getting them done by a professional, I just need to accept the fact that my eyebrows will never be EVEN and NORMAL! These are my eyebrows through high school:

They just got thinner and thinner every year lol. After the last picture they got even THINNER.. if you can believe that. All I can say is ..LESSON LEARNED.

So I cut off all of my hair. It was reaching my waist and I just couldn't deal with it anymore. I don't have that nice, straight, flat, shiny Asian hair. My hair is thick, wavy and nappy lol. My aunt wanted to cut it shorter .. like Victoria Beckham.. but I couldn't do it. So she layered the crap out of it and I love it! I may look younger than I already do .. but I don't care!
